Oliver Reinhardt gained his passion for horses at the age of 9 at Lawson's Performance Horses which was located in Helensburgh N.S.W. at the time. Under the guidance of Rob Lawson, Oliver was crowned the Youth Champion at the 1996 NRHA Australia Futurity and championship show.

The following year, Oliver's parents decided to move back to their native Poland where Oliver then completed his higher school education and also gained a university degree in agriculture. During this time Rob Lawson had moved his training operation to Italy. In 2004 Oliver joined Rob as assistant trainer at La Peschiera QH.

In 2005 Oliver married and the next year with his wife Margaret moved back to Poland to start their own business training and showing reining horses. In 2007 he won the Polish AQHA affiliate Open Reining and in 2011 the Polish Western Riding Association Reserve Champion Junior Reining Horse.

Missing Australia, Oliver decided to move his wife and 2 children "down under" just 12 months ago. Hardt Reining is now located at Bellarimbah, on the Central Coast NSW.
