At Hard Yards Fitness we endeavour to create fun, interesting and educational group training sessions for every fitness level.
Our sessions are created using basic high intensity interval training (HIIT) methods, that have been proven to help loose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness, tone up and most importantly give your body an awesome early morning serotonin release that will get your head right for the busy day ahead.
90% of our training uses your own body weight, so there is no tricky equipment or moves to learn. Our sessions generally include any where between 5-20 people.
Recipes and healthy handy information sheets will be a constant handout at training sessions and on our facebook page.
Our first session will take place on Tuesday the 14th of January, at 6.00am down at the Strath Sports Club in Tannery Lane and will continue every Tuesday and and Thursday thereafter.
