HannahR Healthy living is all about educating and giving people the right tools to lead an active and healthy life. At HannahR there are no quick fixes or fad diets, the rules are simple… train hard, have fun and fuel your body with nutritious natural foods, when you Love your body and give it what it needs, it will love you back !

I am an ambassador for REAL girls, eating NATURAL food and giving FUN hard work outs. No gimmicks, no unrealistic images of what you should look like, just dedication to leading a healthy life style to get the full enjoyment out of the beautiful body you have been given.

As a fully accredited personal trainer I am continually updating my knowledge to give my clients the most up to date and relevant information, skills and exercises to achieve their goals.

My training sessions are a mixture of cardio and functional strength exercises. Every session I approach full of energy and enthusiasm to push my clients to achieve their goals in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The sessions are challenging and fun, leaving my clients with a sweaty shirt and a smile at the end of each session.

I am a firm believer in eating REAL foods, no protein shakes, pills or supplements or calorie counting. My rules for eating healthy are simple .. 'if it's not from nature, it's not for you '.I encourage my clients to experiment in the kitchen, buy local organic foods and most importantly enjoy food, enjoy food for its taste and for the feeling of health that it brings.
