A Little About Me - Jay, Your Massage Therapist:

I come from an extensive growth both mentally and physically, through personal struggles like weight loss of over 125 kilo and remolding my bodies capabilities. Along with successfully finding the brighter side of my life from dealing with severe depression, anxiety and ocd.
I seem to have always been drawn to careers that revolve around many different socially inspirational atmospheres. From venue security, special needs teaching, early childhood educator and physical fitness addict. To here, creating Hands For Hire Massage Therapy and combining my love of health, fitness, mental productivity and people, into the therapeutic energy of massage you see before you.

I found my passion, the field I have endless energy for, and so I'm wanting to help you reach your potential. Whether you're at a desk, endless hours in a car, studying, on your feet at work or physically and mentally pushed to your limits through fitness or from being a parent. It's here that you can just relax, be understood, restore your strengths, revive your spirits, and recover your body and minds youth.

It's my mission to bring to each and every one of you, the revolutionary mental and physical influences of Massage therapy. To resolve the restricting concerns that have accumulated and/or simply take your mind on a journey away from the stresses of life.
