Hamilton Real Homes is family owned and operated business with a wealth of experience within the Building Industry. Peter Hamilton (owner / director) has been developing and building throughout QLD for the past 15 years. Peters passion for design, and client interaction shows through in all projects and he takes on a very hands on roll to the company.
Initially moving from Victoria in 2001 to start his own Land development company within South East QLD which then led to many subdivisions, gated security villages and building projects throughout Queensland. After working very closely with a couple of building companies and contracting them to build 500+ homes, Peter decided to branch out to the next obvious step to give our clients a more streamline one stop shop and Hamilton Real Homes was created. Even though Hamilton Real Homes was only registered in 2014 as a building company it brings a wealth of experience with a very dedicated experienced team. All supervisors and team leaders have over 10 years’ experience in the developing, building & construction industry and we pride our self on delivering all projects to a high quality standard, on time and on budget and exceeding our clients expectations.

Our goal is to build the best of quality homes for the best value for money. Before commencing the design process, we will visit your building site so that we can customize your design to suit its location including plan orientation, prevailing winds, and to fit in with surrounding buildings and local landscape. We have many standard plans but understand that everyone’s needs are different and not all sites are the same, that’s why we custom design most of our homes so you are getting a one off design which is unique to you and your requirements or if you already have a plan you love or have seen something you like we can incorporate this into your design. Our friendly experienced team are to help and guide you through the entire build process.

Uniqueness – every project is different, we offer a full service throughout the entire process from design, colors, approvals, construction to handover with a 6-month maintenance period and a 6 ½ year structural warranty for peace of mind. We will hold your hand and guide you through the process from beginning to end. For example, we will come with you to the cabinetmakers or tile shop to help guide you through the decision process, and will phone you to explain what the results of your soil report mean. We love helping you bring your ideas to life; we’ll make it happen even if your idea is something very unique and out of the box we are willing to go that extra mile to achieve it.

Customers worry about what decisions they need to make and when they make them, what stage their project is at, and whether you are still on target for completion on time, and are often unsure about how to decide the best fittings for their build. Our team make this easy by:
• Walking you through the process so you know what to expect
• Asking for questions at each stage and being available to answer your queries the same day
• Holding site meetings throughout the build process when the owner is nearby
• Providing progress photos and updates via phone, TXT and email throughout the build process when the owner is further away.

For Investment properties We can fully manage the build process for you including choosing optimal colours, fixtures and appliances to ensure your home retains a high value and is appealing to renters. We often build many houses in the same development, and ensure that each house has individual appeal resulting in a higher quality, more livable subdivision.

Our experience with many investment builds ensures that projects come in on time and on budget. We do this by using only quality tradespeople who must be fully licensed and reviewed prior to coming on board, cost efficiency measures such as owning our own earthworks machinery, high levels of quality control and superior project management/supervision. We leverage economy of scale on your investment – building multiple houses in the same development at the same time allows us to build extremely efficiently, with a smooth transition process between each tradesman, resulting in a faster build to higher standards.

All of our packages are full turnkey ready for your tenant to move straight in, including air conditioning, fencing, driveways, clothes lines right down to the letter box not a thing to be done but start to collect the rent.
