Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated supplier to the professional Hair & Beauty industry. We are strictly trade only and do not sell to the general public. We have been established for eleven years and have experienced steady growth during this time. Based in the western suburbs of Brisbane at Raceview, a part of Ipswich, we initially serviced the south west suburbs of Brisbane, but now have sales representives covering most of the Greater Brisbane area and some regional centres. Loretta Verenkamp and Damien Maher established "Hair Warehouse Salon Supplies" in 1999. The warehouse was located in the same premises as it is now. The business enjoyed steady growth over the years and in May 2007, Margaret and Myles Hourn bought the business and slightly changed the name to better reflect the range of products being distributed. HBWA. In November 2009 the business was sold to Alison and John Gandini who aim to continue to provide the best service and quality products to the hair and beauty professionals.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly
different from its description you can return it to the store & we will offer you a credit, repair or replacement depending on the manufacturers policy, as long as you have
valid proof of purchase. We accept no responsibility for any professional hair product applied once purchased from us. Please note that it is your responsibility to
