Hadar Homes is a family owned company building homes throughout regional Victoria and Southern New South Wales.

Hadar was born on a building site in 1995. Working as a plumber at the time, Hadar founder & owner Rick Leeworthy realized there was a vast gap between the expectations of customers, and what builders were delivering. This gap is the difference between 'getting the job done,' and real...ly serving customers. And it's this gap that Hadar Homes was created to fill.

In a market saturated with undelivered promises of 'great customer service', many businesses have forgotten what it truly means to serve. At Hadar, to serve our customers is to delight them. To do the unexpected. To practice that rare skill called listening. We want the building experience to be a great one that lasts from our first meeting until the final handover, and after.

We understand that a certain amount of fear surrounds the home building process, and with so many horror stories around it's no surprise that customers are wary. At Hadar, the details are important. Caring about the little things and clearly communicating what is involved with each step is another way that we truly serve our customers.

We have found that customers respond well to genuine people who actually care about them and their project, and have built the Hadar team with staff who love people. That means caring more about serving our customers and building relationships than about making a sale. No detail is too small, and if it matters to you it matters to us.

We also have an in-house design team including a full time architect who create every home from scratch to suit each customer's unique taste, block, and budget. Our systems ensure that we build solid homes of the highest quality, and we don't take any short cuts with design or materials. This has created a reputation for style and quality, but it's our reputation for serving our customers that we are more proud of.
