Hache Are Wellbeing Retreats

The name 'Hache Are' is a tribute to my beautiful Dad. 'HR' is the nickname he gave me as a little girl and his influence has carried me forward on this journey called life.
Dad is a believer in 'the dream' - living it, creating it and working toward it - whatever that dream might be.
My dream was to create a retreat that helped people live the simple life; friendship, relaxation, amazing food and reflection.
My belief is that in our hectic world the 'simple' gets lost in all sorts of "busy-ness". Our bustling routines are so full... I hear people tell me that they can not possibly fit another thing in - when actually the skill of wellbeing is not about 'more' it is about 'less'.
By focusing on what is important, learning skills of mindfulness, and prioritising time for your wellbeing, our retreats allow you to take stock and set intentions for your day to day life.
