Gympie fitness club

Hi and welcome to my page Gympie.

I started dedicating my-life back in 2011 after i let myself get out of control. I joined Jetts Gympie in september 2011 and haven't looked back. While the last 4 years have been a struggle i am finally getting back into my studies and back on track.

I started studying in 2013 after i had lost 50kgs i decided i could hopefully inspire some others that are in the same predicament that i found myself in. In my journey i have learnt alot about food and what exercises work so with what i have learnt and hope to learn will hopefully be a great assets, If i can help one person great but if i can help heaps then even better.

At the moment i am redoing cert 3 which i hope to have done within the next 4-6 months family pending! As a father of 3 you just never can plan your days as much as you would like.
i am studying thru fit college which you will find them at www.fitcollege.edu.au if you also wish to chase the dream of been a personal trainer. What i hope to achieve when i have completed both cert 3 & 4 is that i can make my kids proud to tell their friends they have a personal trainer as a father ;-)
