GYMNASTICS VICTORIA FACEBOOK TERMS

By using the Gymnastics Victoria Facebook page you agree to be bound by these terms, the Gymnastics Victoria Codes of Behaviour and Gymnastics Victoria Child Protection Code of Conduct as well as all other applicable policies posted by Gymnastics Victoria and Facebook.

PURPOSE

The Gymnastics Victoria Facebook Page has been created to provide a space for discussion, updates and opinions to be shared by the Gymnastics Victoria community.

RULES

We love hearing from our Gymnastics Victoria community!
We encourage the expression of opinions and open discussions about Gymnastics in Victoria but ask that you post respectfully and responsibly. Respect each other - swearing and racism will not be tolerated. Be passionate about Gymnastics - but don't cross the line.

RIGHT TO REMOVE CONTENT, MODIFY, SHUT DOWN, OR DENY ACCESS TO THIS PAGE

Comments will be deleted from the Gymnastics Victoria Facebook Page if they contain:
(i) Offensive, abusive, obscene, profane, hateful or racist content and language;
(ii) Comments that threaten or defame any person or organisation;
(iii) Comments that are contrary to the spirit and integrity of sport;
(iv) Solicitations and advertisements by other organisations or endorsements of other organisations;
(v) Repetitive posts copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple users;
(vi) anything that brings the Sport of Gymnastics or Gymnastics Victoria into disrepute
(vii) Anything that fails to be a positive influence on the health and well being of children or anyone else in the Victorian community
(vi) Anything else Gymnastics Victoria deems inappropriate.

Gymnastics Victoria reserves the right to moderate, hide or delete any posts, photos or comments on this Page, or to block and ban any fans of the Page. Gymnastics Victoria may modify the features and functionality of the page, shut down this page, and limit or deny access to all or part of this page at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Gymnastics Victoria will not be liable in any way to you, your company or any third party for any possible loss, liability or consequence of such actions.

CHANGES

Gymnastics Victoria reserve the right to update or modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revisions on this Page. These changes will be effective as of the date posted. Your use of this Page following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
