Welcome to ‘Growing Heart’

The name “Growing Heart” was initiated after my deep understanding of the importance of feelings in creating nurturing and supportive connections with others. The notion of being in a supportive and fully accepting relationship enables each of us to thrive and bloom.

I believe the heart is the key in connecting with people and is vital in every aspect of one’s own transformation. The heart communicates from genuine feelings of authenticity and of being in the present, as opposed to the mind, which speaks from opinions, fears, and from the things we judge that we should and should not to do.

Following a few years of studying Gestalt Psychotherapy, experiencing self-growth and enormous change in my life, I have consciously chosen to focus on doing more of the things that I love and less of the things that I 'should' do.

I love to meet and help others. Mostly, I relish the unique and variety of different relationships that I create with people.

I am passionate about serving and helping people to achieve their highest capacity in mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

As a psychotherapist my ultimate goal is to inspire, motivate and support others in finding their own inner resources for building strength, worthiness, self-confidence and independence in their lives.

I am committed to my personal and professional growth and to the blossoming and development of all beings. With a passion to share my learnings and experiences with others, I look forward to connecting with you and growing stronger minds and hearts together.
