Groovy Kidz Childcare Centre & OSHC

Groovy Kidz is a privately owned childcare centre, it has been under new management since November 2015, our new Director is Kellie Anderson

We provide care to children from birth to 12 years of age. We are licensed for 60 children per day across our Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Services. We are open for 50 weeks of the year, closing for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Our educators are passionate, supportive and nurturing. We regularly take the children on excursions, including short walks around Somerset and to the Wynyard Library for Story Time. We provide nappies for all children. We do not charge for absent or sick days - you are only charged for the sessions you attend

We provide flexible sessions in Long Day Care:
Morning Sessions - 7:30am to 1pm
Daily - 7:30am to 6:30pm
Short Day - 8:30 to 3:30
Afternoon Session - 1pm to 6:30pm.

We provide care from three separate buildings, each tailored to suit the individual needs of each age group. Each building provides large indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to explore.

Our Young Explorers room caters for children from birth to 3 years.

Our Busy Investigators room caters for children from 3 to 5 years.

Our Groovy room caters for our school age children.

We pick-up and drop-off to Somerset Primary School, Yolla Primary School and St Brigid's Catholic School.
