Grip Fitness is a 24/7 modern gym located on the paradise Phillip Island. Owner, Kristy Tierney opened the doors two years ago and has been going from strength to strength (pardon the pun) in creating a fun, homely and motivation filled hub of health & fitness.

All members have 24/7 access to our gym facilities, free group fitness classes which currently include yoga, boxing and bootcamps. We have a Team of Personal Trainers who are able to provide full support to really get your body moving!
