A signature cafe blend, roasted specifically for coffee lovers. Medium roasted to create a smooth, well balanced coffee with fruity overtones and a lingering mellow finish.
Decaf: A blend of premium Arabica coffee beans, our chemical-free Swiss water decaffeinating process maintains all the distinct origin characteristics. This 99.9 per cent caffeine-free blend is ideal for people who love the flavour of coffee - and nothing more.
We will serve all of our food and drinks in ecofriendly cups and containers so you and our environment can look and feel great.

Cakes & Dessert Bar:
Our cakes will feature a wide variety of delicious, attractive cakes from your grandma’s favourite to delicious continental cakes and exquisite Continental Patisserie desserts that are free of artificial additives or preservatives.
Once our liquor licence is available all these beautiful cakes and desert can be paired with our selection of the Hunter Valley’s best wines, dessert wines, sparkling, Ports & liqueurs.

Flowers by Grinders delivers fresh and visually exciting arrangements of blooms for you to buy, as well as adorning the spaces within the Café.
From Baby’s Breath to posies and Rainbow roses, our freshly cut flowers makeup an inspired menu from every day, corporate or weddings, we cater for all occasions.
Our beautiful florist has been in the floral industry for 30 years, with her main focus in the Hunter Valley. Having done over a few 1000 wedding in this time, She's the one to come and see if you want an unique floral arrangement.
We source all our plants & flowers directly from Newcastle through to Sydney farms & markets.

This place is all about one thing – whisky – with many different whisky’s on offer. But, don’t fret if you’re not a whisky enthusiast – there’s an impressive wine list, bottled beers and classic cocktails to keep you hydrated. Good to know, the dapper barmen are more than happy to educate you on your whisky choices, should your whisky knowledge not be quite up to scratch.
Our lounge will be dark, cosy and inviting, the kind of place you could get lost in for hours. This is a hotspot for the local workers, relaxing after a hard days grind, and those others lucky enough to be in the know.
