Griffith University Surfers Paradise Rowing Club

GUSPRC is a public not for profit rowing club located on the west bank of the Nerang River upstream from the Chevron Island (west) bridge in central Gold Coast behind Surfers Paradise.

The club caters for & welcomes all rowing interested parties (male & female) be they new, previous or existing rowers plus coxswains, coaches and generally rowing interested persons.

Visitors are always welcome at the club come down, meet with us, see what we do & we will introduce you to the sport of flat water rowing!

GUSPRC currently has members ranging from 13 to 82 years young.

Our club is a fully volunteer sporting organisation administered by club members for the benefit of the wider community.

GUSPRC encourages & fosters the active participation in the sport of flat water rowing with the aim of introducing & making available to the wider Gold Coast community rowing & all the advantages of a non impact sport with all the attendant benefits gained such as health, fitness, personal confidence, the experience of competing in the ultimate team sport plus the appreciation & care of the natural environment in which we live & work.
