Greg Ross Swimming

Greg Ross Swimming was established in 1998 at Challenge Stadium with the intention of offering WA swimmers an exciting alternative programme to the normal club based programme.

My goal is to offer a programme for all age group and open swimmers that want achieve outstanding results without the need to train two sessions per day.

The programme can be adapted so the sessions suit the needs and availability of the swimmer with commitments such as school work, university study and other sports. This programme has produced many National level medals and finalists on four to six sessions per week.

The development of excellent technique, skills and the management of the individual needs of each swimmer is the major focus for our squad. The programme has dry land flexibly, core strength work and conditioning on daily basis.
