Landscape Architecture

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company Green Synthesis Design.

As mentioned we specialize in Landscape Architecture, and offer Landscape Architectural Documentation services, from Concept, Sketch Design stage and Landscape Intent plans for local councils/body corporates, through to detailed landscape plans and tender documentation. These include landscape plans (levels plan, setout plan, surface finishes plan, planting plans) landscape/building details, and elevations required for full Working Drawing. Other services also offered include Presentational documents; including concept plans, perspective renders, Photoshop illustrations, Architectural drafting and documentation (plans sections and elevations/details) along with open space planning and design.

Peter Vanger (owner/director) a qualified landscape Architect has had many years of both private sector and also public sector experience. Working on projects such as; Soul Surfers Paradise, Surfers Paradise Foreshore redevelopment, Southport Central Towers, Oracle Boulevard, Marina Mirage redevelopment and also large resorts in China. Then there have been smaller jobs locally like unit complexes, duplex, high end residential and commercial projects too. There have been many jobs completed for local councils also, with high end park design and open space planning.

Our offices are located on the Gold Coast, with our main office in the Southport CBD with conference/meeting facilities, as well as an office in Varsity Lakes.
