Great Ocean Road Beef

Great Ocean Road Beef is an integrated paddock to plate business owned by Teresa and Greg Walsh. The farm is located in the Cudgee catchment of the pristine Brucknell Creek about 20 kms east of Warrnambool, in the wider Great Ocean Road area. They specialize in growing tender, prime beef predominantly in the form of Murray Greys and Squaremeater cattle. All cattle are grass-fed and free range. No artificial growth promotants are used in the production of this beef.
Squaremeaters are a medium-framed Murray Grey bred specifically
for Australian climatic and land use conditions. They are highly efficient converters of grass to meat, and the meat is renowned for its fine taste, soft texture and high quality. Squaremeaters are best
known in New South Wales and in the North East of Victoria. Great Ocean Road Beef has introduced these cattle into the Western District of Victoria for the first time for your enjoyment.
