* Did Sports Vision testing & training on:-
Sydney Kings Basketball team
- NRL referees
- Penrith Panthers Super league football
- ARL referees
- Australian Hockey Team

* Worked in depth with coaches with the Penrith Panthers Super League Team where every player was tested and a therapy regime was implemented that would be done with their coaches and overseen and guided by Simon Grbevski by on site visits. The training gyms were set up with 6 Vision Therapy equipment stations that would stimulate different parts of the visual skills needed to improve their performance. He advised coaches of any visual limitations that a player might experience so that the coach could make appropriate modifications.

It should be noted that setting up a Sports Vision testing and subsequently a Vision Training program requires an absolute in depth understanding of how vision fully guides the body to execute in a sport with absolute efficiency. Simon has worked with tennis players, golfers, archers and shooters, soccer and pretty much all sports. Different sports require different performance levels of visual skills for each of the specific areas. This is a major challenge that makes the Sports Vision Optometrists such a small group.

- Creativity and Inventions

* Designs and produces Vision Therapy & Syntonics Equipment which is sold around the world most especially the USA. One of his apparatus, the Activision, was used at the USA Atlanta Olympics to test Olympic athletes for their Vision - Action & Reaction times. The latest apparatus he assisted with the design of Eyeport and its functionality. He had it prototyped in Australia and it is the first vision training device to gain FDA approval (Federal Drug Administration in the USA).

* Started a company to be able to produce equipment that he designed for Behavioural optometrists because there was no equipment produced in Australia. Optivision was founded in the very early 1980’s to help behavioural optometry. This company continues today.
