Grange High Performance

Grange OSB is the home to many local fighters. It is the quiet breeding ground for some of Australia's toughest champions. This includes Middleweight Champion Daniel Geale, Jamie Pittman, Steve Lovett, Rob Medley, Steve Casserly. The list goes on. Grange OSB also boasts mutilple Amateur State, National and Golden Gloves Champios.

The gym is open to the public all days. Classes are run daily by Grange Fight Team and NSW Coach Anthony Redward . The Grange OSB Amateur Boxing Club is also looked after by Anthony . Training is most weeknights with sparring every Tuesday. We also offer Personal Training services.

Class times:

Kids/Beginners Class - Wed - 4pm to 5 pm

Amateur Club - Mon/Wed - 530pm - 7pm

Boxing Class - Tues/Thurs - 630pm - 730pm and Sat 8am-9am

Ladies Only Wed/Fri 1030am

General Tues/Thurs 1030am

Sparring - Tues 5pm
