Executive chef Michael Dayman uses the best West Australian beef leftovers in his award-winning snags, with a philosophy that allows the finished product to speak for itself – honest flavours, simply yet deftly prepared and not so respectfully handled.

The Goonzebo complex in Matilda Bay has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, with the addition of a new skylight (thanks Dooley), and beautifully textured yak pile carpets.
