Developed by CSIRO, BARLEYmax is a natural, non-genetically modified wholegrain that contains twice the dietary fibre of regular grains, has four times the amount of resistant starch and has a low GI. As we all know, a high fibre diet is the best way to achieve a healthy digestive system for improved wellbeing.
