In the cycle studio, you can take a heart-pumping spin class any day of the week. For times when you need to hone your technique the Functional Training Zone answers the call, and our rampage area is the best for Indoor BootCamp.

A dedicated staff of personal trainers are on hand to push you through any fitness challenge, and if you have the family with you, our child minding facilities are available.
