Hi, I'm Jo and Goodie Bugs Essential Life is my answer to living a healthful, happy and whole life. I am passionate about being mindfully and actively engaged in life, to create space for joy, creativity, purpose and connection. Combining Psychology, change management and public service with some serious food passion and an holistic approach to health and wellness, I hold space for others to explore and grow, to nurture the body, mind and soul.

I’ve always been a practical person, so for tools and techniques to have appeal they must be easy to use, accessible and make a real, tangible difference. Essential oils, whole food, Emotional Anatomy and Emotional Freedom Technique are the tools I use to support my physical, emotional and energetic health.
