Good Eats

As a qualified chef I’ve always had a passion for food, both sweet and savoury. As my experience and skills grew, I realised I got more enjoyment from cooking personally tailored meals for my friends and family, rather than pumping out dishes from someone else’s menu.

My love for cooking for the ‘individual’ matched with my interest in the health and fitness world, are the inspirations behind Good Eats.

Ordering
I want my customers to have the best possible experience with Good Eats. For this reason, I like to have a chat with each of my customers before an order is finalised.

To place an order, send me a personal message via the Good Eats Facebook page. From here, we will discuss your meal plan, delivery and payment options, as well as any food allergies or dietary requirements you may have.

I am a one-woman-machine, and for this reason I have a cut-off number for orders I can accept for each cycle. This is to maximise food quality. To secure a Good Eats meal plan, get in sooner rather than later. I will be accepting pre-orders, as well as on-going orders to look after my regulars.

Each cycle begins on a Monday, and orders must be placed the Monday prior. For example, if you want to start your order from Monday, 8 February your order must be in on Monday, 1 February.

There is a minimum of 5 meals per person, and a max of 10 per person per week.

Delivery
For convenience, Good Eats customers have the options of delivery or pick-up.

Currently delivering to northern suburbs only around the 6056 area.

My delivery days are Fridays (between 2pm– 6pm) and Sunday (between 1- 4pm).

Although I have nominated delivery days I am fairly flexible and I am happy to discuss alternatives as part of your initial order consolation.

Delivery costs will be confirmed as part of the ordering process.

Bank transfer payments must be cleared prior to delivery.

Pick-up
If you would prefer to pick your order ups, I am available daily at 24/7 Power Fitness Midland, between 5:30pm and 6:30.

Otherwise discuss with me an ideal pick up location

Payment
Good Eats accepts bank transfer only.

All bank transfers much be cleared prior to delivery. Bank details will be exchanged during the ordering process.


FAQs
1) Prepping for a competition?
I can alter ingredients in the meals to suit your diet.

2) Does Good Eats cater for vegetarians, vegans and pescatarians?
Good Eats can cater for any special dietary requirements, please let me know what requirements you have when we discuss your order.

3) Does Good Eats cater for people with food allergies?
Yes, if you have any food allergies please let me know when we are discussing your order. Good Eats will make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, customers concerned with food allergies will be consuming Good Eats products at their own risk.

4) How long can I leave my food in the fridge?
All meals will be delivered with a 'best before' label. Meals delivered fresh must be eaten within 4 days of delivery. If you choose to freeze your meals, please do so on the day of delivery.
