Lesley Dowding has extensive experience in Federal and State Industrial Relations, serving 15 years with the State Govt's Dept of Commerce, Labour Relations Division. Lesley assisted local business owners, employees and school students during her time as Senior Industrial Inspector and Compliance & Education Officer. The provision of up-front support to resolve grievances between employers and employees, on the application of State and Federal Awards, Agreements and industrial law assists both parties to achieve amicable outcomes. Accepting voluntary redundancy in Dec 2013, Lesley took on a part time role as Human Resource Manager with a local training organisation. The decision to start her own workplace advisory service was brought about by an increasing number of locals voicing their concerns on the lack of assistance available to employers and employees in the Goldfields/Esperance region.
