GoJu Dojo

Hi,

I am life student and teacher or GoJuRyu Karate Do.

GoJu represents a balance: Hard & Soft, Power & Flow.

Controlled breathing, effective techniques and focus are central to this martial art.

I am humbled to have the opportunity to learn Karate from my friend and mentor, Mario Borg Shihan (5th Dan) who has been studying GoJo for 40+ years.

The classes I teach are part of his growing school and of our Karate family', GoJu Ryu Shuseikan.

Karate is a way of life. Respect, well-being, focus, commitment, fitness, balance, confidence and humility are just some of the life skills that benefit Karate students.
