Using Holistic Kinesiology I help women reconnect with their body to restore a state of balance.
Our body has a built-in ability to heal itself, this is where I can assist you to bring awareness to underlying issues affecting the state of your mind and body, physically and emotionally.
I use gentle muscle monitoring as a form of biofeedback as well as a range of other therapies such as acupressure, counselling, nutrition, essences and homeopathy. I can help you with issues such as:
