I returned from India in 2013 after completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training course with my teacher Shukl’acharya (Yogishree Shukl Pulak Ranjan). In my time, not only did I learn a number of asana's (yoga postures) but I learnt that yoga is a complete life style change. This lifestyle change has proven a lot harder in the western world but as long as I can help one person, help another person who will help another my job is done. I would like to use this page to motivate and notify students/ potential students on class times and dates etc.
