Glenmorgan Angus

In 2002, our family moved from a large cattle operation in North Queensland to Guyra. Immediately we purchased high quality Angus Breeders to form a herd of 550 cows. Cattle were purchased locally with the bloodlines of Wattletop, Glenavon and Bald Blair. Later purchases of Ardrossan and Hazeldean and Pine Creek bloodlines and more recently Speriby North. We also purchased 58 stud Wattletop Females and 35 Embryos. Extensive AI & ET programs have been carried out for eleven seasons & all cows are AI’d. We also purchased 60 Embryo’s from Schaff Angus Valley (SAV) in the USA after a Beef Tour in 2012 and weaned calves will be on display. They are sired by Harvestor Rito and Resource. I was extremely impressed with Schaff and this reflects with some outstanding bulls on display being from SAV Genetics. We now sell pasture prepared Yearling Bulls from Easy Doing, High Marbling, Quiet cattle from Top EBV Sires from the USA and Australia. Our cattle are extremely quiet and have had extensive yard weaning and have been trained with motorbikes, horses and dogs.
