Girls That Lift

Here at Woodford Sport Science Consulting we have created the program 'Girls That Lift' to focus on females specifically. Here we will be posting information on the importance of strength and conditioning training for women in particular. Our Girls that lift group runs across 3 of our facilities - Moorabbin, West and Casey. We are always looking for new girls to join the group!
