Welcome to Ghostwood Furniture and Carpentry!

Ghostwood Furniture is about quality products and services using reclaimed, recycled, reused and salvaged timber and building products. I am passionate about using sustainable practices to bring high quality and value to customers.

For almost 20 years now I have been a tradesman round the traps of building and carpentry, trying new ideas and bringing other peoples ideas and dreams into reality.

After a little mountainbike trip, criss crossing our way north along the rocky mountains of the USA and Canada, the idea of a bespoke furniture and carpentry brand started to evolve. In hindsight it has always been evolving. My love for crafting Australian hardwoods has been there since the day my father decided to to renovate our home using the timber he salvaged from a derelict building.

From a modest workshop in the village of Tolga, on the Atherton Tablelands,
Ghostwood will continue to evolve, highlighting the beauty and warmth of old timber.
