GET SET 4 IT

My name is Sally Evans. I am a Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people get FIT and feel FABULOUS whilst having FUN. Get SET can mean many things, but for me, its get Sally Evans Training!

I am a mother of two and have been through that struggle of getting back to exercise. In fact I became a personal trainer after I had my kids as I realised that exercise is all about having FUN.

My sessions are effective and I listen to what YOU want. We work together to produce a personalised plan.

I love to train and one of my big passions is to run, especially in the rain.

I also have Osteoarthritis in my knee and have a passion for helping people suffering from chronic pain do some all important exercise. Later this year I am going to start running Tai Chi classes.

I offer Personal Training Sessions and after school bootcamps at Narangba State School. I also run some of the varied and many fantastic bootcamps for Adrenalin Personal Training & Adrenofit. (Check out their FB page for further info and timetables).
