Hi, I'm Gav and I love cars. The only thing I like better than cars, are clean ones!

If you don't have time to wash and vacuum your own car - please let me do it for you. I'll come out to your home or workplace and treat your car like it was my own. You can relax while I lovingly restore the shine to your car's exterior (and interior if you wish)!

Terms & Conditions of Service
By making a booking with Get It Clean Mobile Car Grooming, you understand and accept all the Terms and Conditions of Service.

The following sets forth the terms and conditions under which Get It Clean Mobile Car Grooming will perform services on your vehicle:

1. Best Effort Basis:
All of our services are provided on a 'best effort' basis - we will not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean, remove stains, or otherwise restore any surface, fabric, or condition on your vehicle.

2. Accidental Damage:
We are not responsible for any accidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession, including but not limited to any damage related to pre-existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, stains, odors, etc.), damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, loose interior trim or exterior mouldings, exterior mirrors, tow bar caps, roof racks, power antennas, insignias/badging, aftermarket accessories (bug shields, sun visors), magnetic signage, running boards, hood ornaments, or alloy, chrome or mag wheels,headlights,rear lamps,bulbs or reflectors. We are responsible for any damage we cause while driving your vehicle, so long as the damage did not involve a prior condition.

3. Additional Charges:
In the course of rendering services on your vehicle, we may uncover conditions or circumstances that require additional effort or time, and therefore you may incur additional costs, to properly complete your vehicle service. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you in advance of completing the service.
We understand that at times you may not be able to keep your appointment with Get It Clean Mobile Car Grooming. If we do not receive notification of your intention to cancel/reschedule within two hours of your appointment, you will incur a $20 fee.

4. Possessions Left In The Vehicle:
We are not responsible for any belongings that may be lost or otherwise disposed of in the course of cleaning your vehicle. We strongly recommend that each customer remove any belongings they consider to be of value before leaving the vehicle in our care.

5. Engine Bay Disclaimer:
Get It Clean Mobile Car Grooming will not lift the bonnet or clean around the engine bay. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from our service, temporary or otherwise, that may result from water interfering with engine function.

6. Water and Electricity Usage:
Get It Clean Mobile Car Grooming will utilise your water and electricity to perform our services on your vehicle. We are not liable for any water and/or electricity charges in relation to us cleaning your vehicle.

If you would like anything else detailed on your car, please let me know and we can talk about your options.

I service the Ipswich & Western Brisbane suburbs. I'll bring everything with me. All I will need is access to an outdoor tap and sometimes a power source (but only if I need to vacuum). Also, please ensure any aggressive pooches are restrained while I carry out my car grooming. Thanks!

I offer car grooming at my home at North Booval and use rainwater. If you would like to bring your car to me, there will be no call-out charge. Simple!
