3 Years Ago I was Over 40 and Over Weight
Then I was invited to join a Bootcamp run By Sweet Success
I joined purely for social reasons but it became the best decision I ever made for myself!!
I learnt how by making small changes slowly, believing in myself and what my body could do, and always giving 100%, I could be a FITTER FASTER STRONGER Person and with the encouragement of many many supporters I took the next step and became a Personal Trainer.
