Bedroom 2: downstairs with 1 queen bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: upstairs with 2 singles, 2 trundle beds and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4: upstairs with 1 queen bed and ceiling fan.

2 Bathrooms - Bathroom 1: main bathroom downstairs with bath, toilet and shower. Separate vanity.

Bathroom 2: a newly renovated ensuite bathroom to upstairs bedrooms with shower, vanity and toilet.

Large well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer together with a walk in pantry.

2 entertainment areas downstairs main living area with large flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player.

Separate dining area and sunroom with seating for 10 guests.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Gerroa is the closest town to Seven Mile Beach National Park on the South Coast, a grand and inspiring sweep of sand with an extensive dune system and a wealth of bird and mammal life. Gerroa offers easy access to several national parks and fine beaches as well as many of the prime attractions of the Illawarra, such as wineries, quaint country towns and historic attractions. Nearby, Berry, Gerringong and Kiama are worth a visit.
