I've been in the fitness industry for a 2 years now and have loved the role of motivator and teacher. I began as a personal trainer and have learned of the bigger meaning of the word 'Health". Health means something different to everyone, whether it be in regards to fitness, training or feeling better about one's self.
The most rewarding part of my job is watching people grow and learn to love themselves, to gain confidence and truly believe in what they can achieve.
