This lovely family hideaway is tucked away in a quiet street where you can safely walk or ride to the beach, grab a coffee at the nearby cafe or cross the footbridge to check out the Marina.

Being only 5 minutes drive in to Busselton CBD & the Jetty or 30 minutes to Dunsborough, this home offers a perfect place to base your family and explore everything our region has to offer.

Take off for the day with your friends to enjoy some local wineries and breweries, all only 30-45 minutes drive away.

The generous open plan living areas within this home offer everyone the space to stay together but still have plenty of room to be comfortable. The kids can play in their own quiet nook whilst being supervised from the main living areas or the outside patio. Plenty of seating options and the living area has a large TV and DVD player.

In the kitchen there is everything you expect to be able to prepare, cook & serve the family meal. We also provide starter incidentals such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, sponges, tissues, cleaning products, toilet paper etc to make your arrival as comfortable as possible until you have time to reach the shops.

The large master bedroom offers King size bed and private ensuite bathroom with toilet..

Other bedrooms are set towards the back of the house along with the second bathroom, toilet and laundry areas.

The lawned backyard is perfect for the kids and dog to play, all fenced and secure. You can sit under the sheltered patio and enjoy the day or a BBQ at night time. Please note that we ask pets to be outside only and to let us know you are bringing a dog upon enquiry.

There is parking for 3-4 cars at this property including use of the garage.

The home comes equipped with doonas and pillows. Guests can hire or BYO sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, tea towels. Hire fee includes beds made prior to arrival.

- Porta-cot & Highchair hire is available for $10 per item, per stay. Please let us know your requirements upon booking enquiry

- Mandatory cleaning fee: $150

- Refundable Security Bond: $500
