Bowen Therapy is a holistic and cross fibre muscle release bodywork that activate responses to allow the body to heal itself. This therapy may provide relief for many acute or chronic conditions by utilising the body’s innate healing mechanisms. Treating musculoskeletal issues is our speciality.

The mild hyperbaric chamber allows the body to have an increase in oxygen. Normally our red blood cells (RBC) carry oxygen and they do a great job normally saturating from 96-100%.
By using the chamber, the plasma (which normally doesn’t carry oxygen but has 10 times the volume as RBC) will start to carry oxygen. The lymph fluid and CSF will also start to pick up and carry oxygen. WBC’s will also be increased.
The benefit of the CSF and lymph fluid carrying oxygen is that they travel outside of the circulatory system…think of sudden injuries where the natural response of the body is to produce swelling to protect the site. This swelling will be reduced from using the chamber and that fluid is now also carrying oxygen. All cells need oxygen to repair and regenerate.
Cost is $50 per hour with sessions lasting for 2 hours (1 1/2hrs for children)
Two people can use the chamber for an extra $10 per hour.
Masks for the chamber are $10 and reusable. The concentrator that provides oxygen is running at 96%.
