We offer a mobile in home service offering support and practical strategies ton reduce carer stress by providing care, therapy, assessment of cognitive function, living at home needs, assistive devices, pain, falls; the provision of required aids to enable your loved one to be more independent in their own home and improve their sense of well being.
We also offer a service to people already living in care, where you feel your loved one would benefit from more therapy, engagement and improved sense of well being.

While some conditions such as dementia, have no cure, there are things we can do to manage and treat them, improve their sense of well being, their levels of engagement and meaningfulness, despite difficulties. Taking action early can help maintain their lifestyle and independence longer, improve their cognition and confidence, and help you as a carer to be more confident about your loved one living with dementia.
We also utilise the Ashby Memory Method which can improve cognitive function in the earlier stages of dementia.

The Memory Nurture team are trained Occupational Therapists and approved DVA, HBF and Medicare providers.
