Therapy is a safe and confidential unique space where together we can explore stuck and painful places that are causing distress in your life. I am not a clinical psychologist so I do not diagnose. I am not an expert in your life but I know you are and together we can support places in you that feel challenging at this moment. By working with awareness and curiosity we open the way to enabling transformation/change that is just right for you. It is important that you resonate with me before embarking on our work together therefore I offer an initial 30 min session for you to ask questions and get a sense of me and how we may be able to work together.
