Hi, my name is Paul . . . I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry running group fitness classes and personal training programs.

My extensive experience has given me the opportunity to train both individuals and groups ranging from local school groups, to sports teams and elite athletes.

I am a motivated and reliable trainer who can tailor my unique personalised programs to suit all skill and fitness levels.

My own personal sporting pursuits have seen me compete both nationally and internationally in various sports including softball, boxing and clay target shooting. These experiences led to my passion to develop specialised training programs that challenge the body in different ways to the norm to maximise our individual potential.

I specialise in boxing, weight training and group fitness classes.

I am always looking for new ways to challenge the body further, and this passion led me to develop my own style, “Fusion Training”; a combination of different training elements utilising boxing, weights and core based elements to achieve a full body workout.
The different methodologies utilised specifically target muscle groups not regularly used in average day to day training.

You will see me around the gym, so come and have a chat with me to learn how my programs can benefit your training regime.

Or come along to one of my group sessions, to experience my high paced, interactive, engaging and challenging class, whilst of course having lots of fun!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Level 2 Boxing Accreditation; Australian Coaching Council
• Level 1 Instructors Accreditation and Advanced Accreditation; THUMP Boxing for Fitness
• Combat Accreditation; Les Mills International
• Group Kick Accreditation; Body Training Solutions
• Senior First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check

LOCATIONS
Sessions are held at Snap Fitness Essendon, 320A Keilor Rd, Essendon, or alternate locations upon arrangement.
