Our sessions include Boxing, weights, conditioning sessions, circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Functional fitness and much more to give you an all-round focus on your fitness.
All sessions are designed for a maximum of 6 people, so that we can continue to focus on each members technique and performance.
We use heart rate group monitoring to keep you accountable during your session and also for post session tracking and record keeping for even greater results, there is no guessing here because we use technology to keep you on track.
