Full Throttle Cafe Racers

I am an ex aircraft engineer, passionate about all motorcycles especially Ducatis.
"Cafe Racers" are the purest form of the motorcycle.
The Americans chopped their Harleys(Choppers), the Brits stripped their Nortons, Triumphs and BSA's to make them lighter and faster then raced each other between cafes (Cafe Racers)
Since taking an angle grinder to my first Ducati many years ago (tail chop) I have modified every bike I have owned, ( I think I own 7 angle grinders now!) Ducati purists hate me, one of my current projects is an old bevel drive which is getting the cafe treatment! I do all the work myself in my shed. My "test track" is the Burringbar range, a sweet set of demanding corners!
I do everything from an oil change, fork rebuilds, plastic welding, full restoration and of course transform any bike into a Cafe Racer!
