We aim to provide a cost effective, fun and encouraging alternative to expensive and stuffy gym sessions.
Fitness classes are run for 40mins every Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm at Middle Ridge Park on Stenner Street, Toowoomba. The fitness classes include a variety of activities including boxing, kettle bells, cardiovascular activities, strength training, interval training, free weights and body weight activities. People of all ages and abilities are welcome - the classes will cater to all.
Classes are only $5 per class.
Personal sessions are also available upon request for various times. One on one sessions are $20 or two on one sessions are $15 each.
