This is why my brother and I have created Freres on Ardross, a chic patisserie that delivers only the finest French pastries and coffee. “What makes you an expert?” you ask! Our parents built a successful French patisserie in Mauritius and we grew up surrounded by experienced pastry chefs and people that had a true passion for food. Our mother attended a pastry school in France, passing on her love for baking to my brother and I. We have had first hand experience in the industry and feel this makes us pretty well qualified in the area.
