Enjoy the peace and serenity while you relax and unwind in your own private european canvas bell tent. Each canvas bell tent is fully furnished with a queen size bed, luxury bed linen, towels, lanterns, chairs, bluetooth speaker system, etc and all the creature comforts for you to kick back & relax and enjoy in style. French Island Glamping has five retreats, that have been strategically placed to ensure privacy for each couple, and thoughtfully designed to create a harmonious, luxurious and romantic ambience that ensures an exclusive experience that is both intimate and personal.

Relax: Open your favourite bottle of red or perhaps indulge in a glass of local French Island wine as the sun sets, and listen to the sound of the kookaburras while you sit around your open campfire, oh and don’t forget to toast those marshmallows and relax as your campfire crackles throughout the night, then wake up to the most spectacular sun rise glistening over the ocean.

Facilities: We offer fantastic onsite cooking facilities with full kitchen or you can try your hand at cast iron camp oven cooking or enjoy the option of a self-cook bbq dinner as this is a self-catering experience. So you will need to bring your own food and drinks. French Island Glamping provides a central communal area for eating and relaxing with outside dining on the verandah during the warmer months, and in the colder months an open fire creates a cosy atmosphere for meeting new people and sharing travel adventures.

Experience: Walk along secluded beaches, find and shuck your own wild oysters take a basket and an oyster shucking knife with you and taste wild oysters straight off the rocks.
