Considered to be the best octopus in the world and originally a by-product of the WA Rock Lobster Industry, brothers Ross and Craig Cammiller discovered the magnificent eating qualities of the octopus (species O tetricus) and decided to set up shop producing this product commercially in its marinated form. Later this then lead to creating the Raw 1kg Tentacle Hand that is now world renowned and used by chefs across Australia, USA, Hong Kong and Singapore.
And since about 3 years ago, Fremantle Octopus Company started producing premium marinated sardines, squid and prawns.
