Joyce Asbury a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has been part of Fraser Gray for 28 years, working with the previous owner since 1988 prior to purchasing the business in 2003. Joyce is the administrator and the driving force behind the everyday running of the business. From property management, strata management and rural or residential sales, she is passionate about the industry and prides herself in achieving the best outcome for all her clients. Melinda Asbury the Licensee in Charge is a Licensed Real Estate, Stock and Station and Strata Agent and Qualified Valuer with experience well beyond her years. Melinda has a broad base clientele from the Southern Highlands, Riverina to the Victorian border providing a comprehensive and professional Agency Service and Advice. Her knowledge and professional approach to all facets of the Real Estate industry, from sales of houses and properties, rentals both holiday and permanent management, strata management and cattle assessment.
