I am a mother, full time lawyer and personal trainer. I understand busy and work with my clients and train during times that work with mums with small kids and babies. We are as much about support as we are about the workout. Our Motto is- no Fox left behind! Fun workouts and challenges keep you motivated and inspired.

SESSION DETAILS.

FoXcross: Saturday Morning 8am to 9am.
A mix of running, stairs, ropes, tyres and weight training. Even some friendly group competitions.

Cardio Boxing: Monday Night 7.30pm - 8.30pm
A hybrid of boxing, aerobic, body weight and strength training for maximum fat loss conditioning. Anything goes in this session! No bookings needed.

Train Like a. Fox- Tuesday Night 7.30pm - 8.30pm you do my workout with me. Ready- set- sweat! No booking needed.

FoxBoxing: Wednesday Night 7:30pm to 8.30pm. Increase fitness and accelerate fat loss. Punchfit accredited. Equipment provided or you can bring your own. No booking needed

The Punisher: Thursday Night 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Stairs, running, walking, skipping, weights tyres anything goes. Be prepared to move! Random sessions posted in advance on facebook. No booking needed.

All sessions are $10 and we meet in front of Pilpel Restaurant at Suttons Beach Redcliffe.
